All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Digital downloads are nonrefundable, please contact us to discuss if something wrong with the file and or audio. Just let us know and we will provide assistance regarding the digital file. If the product is a physical product, you will be provided a return address and/ or an approved replacement or refund as preferred if warranted based on the situation.

We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order is lost, there was a incorrect mailing address during inputting the shipping address, or selected the wrong item if time lapse include beyond order process when the item(s) has not shipped yet we can help, however, if item shipped we can not you will have to wait till it is delivered and then send item back for a full refund and deduct the cost of return shipping that will be of your refund. Further, if the wrong item selected and it is after 30 days there are no refunds in that situation.
